Kausar is the Fundraising Coordinator for ICL. She is currently in her 3rd year of the Bachelors of Social work program at Ryerson University. Kausar has also completed a Social Service Worker Diploma and Human Resources Diploma at Sheridan College. Along with her education, Kausar has worked to incorporate her guiding principles of decolonization and anti-oppression into her work with historically marginalized populations in Canada. She has over five years of experience working with non-profit organizations to support skill-building, employment, and food security. Kausar is excited to support ICL in its mission to train people seeking social justice on how to build power and create change!
