ICL facilitator, board chair, and social worker Helen Hargreaves will explore ways to maintain relationships and avoid burnout while organizing. This one hour talk will include ways to notice and communicate your own limits and boundaries; ways to respond that encourage others to notice their limits; and relationship repair strategies to use when conflicts inevitably happen.

Helen lives in Toronto with her wife and daughter and is passionate about creating a more just and environmentally sustainable world. She is a registered Social Worker and primarily works with children and families to help them respond to strong emotions in more compassionate ways.
