Want to learn how to put social media to work for your cause?

We're very excited to announce our upcoming workshop with Rayne Fisher-Quann, founder of March For Our Education and a celebrated organizer behind the largest student protest in Canadian history!

She’ll share her lessons from organizing a province-wide walkout of more than 100,000 students, and teach you how to effectively use social media to build power and win change.

You will get a behind the scenes look at how she used Instagram to mobilize hundreds of thousands of students to stand up against the rollback of Ontario’s sex-ed and Indigenous curricula.

WHEN: Sat, 1 June 2019, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM EDT

WHO: Rayne Fisher-Quann, founder of March For Our Education

WHERE: POD 370, Ryerson University, 60 Victoria Street, Toronto, ON

COST: $10 - $20

Students who need a subsidy to attend can email [email protected]. Subsidies are given based on need (income-based need, supporting the training of Indigenous organizers, being a student, etc.).
